How to use it?

Open the IZI App on your mobile to prepare your betting slip from anywhere without the need to be in any of the IZIBET stores across Malta and Gozo.

Once downloaded, click on the icon at the bottom left, to open the main navigation menu.

The options in the Navigation menu are ‘Home’, ‘Tickets’, ‘Add Ticket’, and ‘Betslip Builder’.

The ‘Home’ feature gives you an overview. From here you can select a bet slip to view its status, monitor progress of events through a live scoreboard, ‘add a new bet slip’, and also ‘Transfer Winnings’ to a Sports Betting Terminal. This feature also offers a filter option that allows you to trim down your desired criteria of bet slips by date played or by date scanned. Filtering of bet slips is also possible by their status; such as by ‘Won’ or ‘Paid Out’ bet slips, amongst other filters.

How to add a ticket?

Another very interesting feature is the Add Ticket. This function allows you to add your paper bet slip to your IZI App.

To add a bet slip to the IZI App, you need to scan the barcode on the paper bet slip. Its very simple! From the Home screen, press the Add Ticket in the bottom navigation menu, then press Scan Ticket and scan the barcode on the paper bet slip from your device.

You may repeat this same process to add multiple paper bet slips to your mobile app.

Can i Cash-out?

The IZI App gives you full control over your betting choices. The IZI App offers you the possibility to secure your best EARLY CASH OUT offer from wherever you are, without the need to be physically in any IZIBET store and during those hours when the IZIBET stores are closed. To secure an Early Cash Out offer, simply press the ‘Get Cash Out Value’ button in the ‘Ticket Overview’.

How can i transfer my winnings?

In addition, the IZI App allows you to transfer your winnings from the app onto the Sports Betting Terminals. Once at the shop, simply select ‘Transfer Winnings’ from your IZI App, press the ‘Transfer Winnings’ button on the Sports Betting Terminal, scan the QR code with your mobile device, and your winnings are immediately loaded to the Terminal. Alternatively, you can choose to receive the winnings on your mobile in cash!

Any other features?

Another impressive function is the Bet Builder. This feature allows you to create and -save your bet slip on the IZI App from anywhere! You can then transfer your bet in any IZIBET store by scanning your saved bet slip on one of our Sports Betting Terminals.

From the Home screen, tap on the ‘Builder’ and proceed by pressing ‘Build New Bet Slip’. From here you can find a selection of your favorite sports events. Once your selections have been added, tap on the shopping cart on the top right corner, and if satisfied with your selections, press ‘Save’. Once at the shop, jump the queue and go directly to Sports Betting Terminal. Press the IZI App button from the Sports Betting Terminal to display a Transfer QR code. On your IZI App, tap the ‘Transfer to Terminal’ button and scan the QR code from the Terminal.

Can I reinstall the IZI App?

Do not reinstall the IZI app before all scanned bet slips are settled and paid out and keep the paper bet slips as a backup. Paper bets slips can still be paid out at the store.
